Hi ladies.

I am usually posting in the July thread but have a general question which someone might help me with.

Got my official bfp with frer on Monday the 6th of November. Got an extremely faint line ( but was there ) on Saturday the 4th of November. Going after ewcm and smiley face on clearblue which has been accurate for me i ovulated either November 28th or 29th ( had ovulation cramps 28th ).

This means i got the very faint line 7dpo. It seems so early to me? Can it be accurate and can you even implant as early as 3-4 dpo to show up on frer 7dpo? Just thinking i have calculated things wrong!

Xx thanks!

Hmm are you looking at these dates to calculate your due date? If so you really only need the first day of last period or ovulation date. Why do you need to know the implantation date? Hope someone else can help more xx

Sorry for stupid question! Just didnt think you could implant that early? Or have i completely got my ovulation wrong. More curious than anything :) thanks x

I think it’s unusual to implant early but not impossible. I think the average is 6-12 days, but usually 8-10. which clear blue were you using? Could be you ovulated earlier in the surge rather than at the end of the smileyes if that makes sense.

Used first response test.

Not sure i ovulated earlier. Tested Friday and got O on clearblue and a smiley on Saturday. So assume the earliest i could have ovulated must have been Saturday?

Whats the earliest after implantation you can get a positive on a sensitive test?

Thanks :)

If it was Saturday you got the faint positive that was probably 2 days since implantation but it’s hard to know for sure as everyone produces different amounts... socwould mean you implanted around Day 5-6? I wouldn’t worry too much though, in a few weeks they will be able to date you using scans so you’ll only be out a couple of days either way
