Sometimes Brody takes his bottle easily and other times it comes out the side of his mouth and is a stop/start job to prevent it going everywhere! I don't do anything differently, it just seems to happen, as far as I can tell...

Does anyone else get this and any tips how to stop it from happening?

Thanks

Its funny I find when we use Avent bottles she seemed to dribble everywhere and now we are on DR brown bottles she dosent spill half as much, dont know if that has anything to do with it. What size teats are you using? X

Thanks MM. We're using Dr B too. Am on size 1 teats still.

Not sure when to change. During day he guzzles no probs but at night can take a while and fall asleep. But maybe just cause tired?

Caleb does this all the time. Sometimes he'll be fine and he'll take 7oz in as many minutes, other times he's all over the place! I do find that he's worse when he's distracted by the tv, or a light or something, so he moves his head. Other times, he just wants to chew the bottle! Then when he's tired he usually drinks a lot better because he has his eyes closed.

Sometimes I think he doesn't get a good seal on the teat so milk comes running out of his mouth at the sides, but then I just balance the bottle in place with my hand and wipe it with his bib xx
