Odd one this... Has anyone else noticed a distinct increase in mouth dribble whilst pregnant?

it seems the more preggers i get, the more i dribble and now i am even considering using one of Jaspers prefold nappies as a dribble tray for night-time sleeping

its crazy! and was never a problem before pregnancy - anyone else? or just me? xx

Can't say i have hun - but did have my six year shouting in my ear "stop snoring" at 6 o clock this morning!

oh no, i did dribble before, in my sleep, but im not joking, i have to turn my pillow a few times every night now.. its increased soooo much! sometimes i wake up and my face is sticky and wet!

Not just you hon, this last few weeks has been crazy with nightime drool!! I drink so much at night time too cause I get such a dry mouth so not sure how I managed to drool so much at the same time!!

Oooooo I do this! I dribbled before pregnancy though...although come to think of it I suppose I could say it has worsened over the past month or two? I dunno! Pregnancy eh? x

I dribble!!!

I have been for a good few weeks now mostly when im tired or asleep though.
I HOPE THATS BECAUSE OF PREGNANCY OR I NEED AN APPOINTMENT WITH A DOC!!!:blush:

never had it before though have been wondering the same as you bigbump!

yeah its definately worse the more pregnant i get!

hopefully i wont be preggers for much longer and the dribbling will subside ;)

worse the more pregnant you get????
What will i be like in 3 month time, OH will think i got us a waterbed

I just had a thought, along the same theory that carpal tunnel syndrome is worse at night time due to the fluid in your body balancing out? So when you are laid down in bed there is more fluid around your top half which may make us more dribbly? Just hypothesising!!

Oh my god- I dribble so much, thought it was just me!!! Never used to have much sleeping dribble before pregnant now have loads and loads!!!!
So good to hear it's not just me.:)

I dribble on my pillow now, never did before!!

I even notice it when Im just about to drift off im already doing it!! so glad to hear its happening to other people too!!

yep, i do it drifting off too! and i know i am going to have to deal with a big pool of dribble so it annoys me and i wake up!

sooo crazy that this happens to us!

\I do exactly the same, and I have to wipe my face then Im back to awake again!! Thinking on it, I should probably be changing my pillow cases more often!

it is quite wino isnt it! like an uncontrollable dribbly mess!!

which is sad really because at least they have had a drink to get in that mess! it reminds me of new year when i couldnt drink or get at all merry but still spent all of Jan 1st throwing up in a bucket!

yeah me too, so unfair!!! I wasnt even awake at midnight this year! Wel I kinda woke up when my mobile went mental with texts and fireworks went off. Then i went back to sleep and woke up with a hangover. Poor OH spend NYE on his own watching tv. :guilty:!!!!

the worst bit was people afterwards 'so... what did you do for new years?'

'well clearly i got rat-arsed and went clubbing, you know, being 3 months pregnant and all!!!'
