I'm not thinking of bf for very long. Don't want to have problems when going back to work...all my friends bf and I think they're going to judge me!! Xx

At least you started! But you need to make sure your LO knows how to use a bottle as my LO won't touch one!!

It doesn't make you a bad mother at all. No-one should judge you - we all make our decisions based on our individual circumstances, and you have very right to do whatever you choose for you and your baby. Xx

I've breastfed exusively for 5 weeks then introduced 1 bottle a day, this weekend we've gone to 2 bottles for the same reason as you, I'm back at work in 7 weeks so wanted to give as much bf as possible but also need to make sure Joe is happy when i go back to work. My friend didnt introduce a bottle until 3 weeks before she went back. to work and her baby refused so her last couple of weeks at home with baby were very stressful.

You'll be constantly making decisions for your baby based on what's best for you and him

Of couse it doesn't make you a bad mum! The first 3 days of colostrum are the most important! At the end of the day, we all have to make decisions that are best for us and our babies! Sometimes it's to bf, sometimes it's to not! Don't let anyone make you feel bad, cos noones in your exact situation and noone knows what's best for you cx

Defo doesn't make you a bad mother, and if people judge you for it they're idiots lol, although I would be surprised if anybody would judge you for stopping and returning to work.

xxxx

I dont think anyone should judge you for the way you feed your child. I didnt breastfeed for a number of reasons but one of them was also cos Im going back to work quickly. In fact Ive got 5 weeks left now. I do sometimes wish I had given at least the first few days but too late now I guess so Im not going to beat myself up as I have a happy baby still XX
