I just tried to make a payment over the phone and it took ages to do, then when i got to the end it says putting you through to an associate, i had to sit and wait for them to answer the phone for over 5 minutes for them to tell me that the payment hadnt gone through and they asked if i wanted to do it over the phone. As if i am going to make a payment twice!! I know there is money in my account as i was paid today so i cant see why the amount wouldnt have gone through? I am worried now that i have just been ripped off and something random is going to have my £50 that i just tried to pay.
Do you have an account number and a card number? apparently you can use either number to pay?
