Does anyone else get this 'stiffness' ??

in your calfs? (or however you spell it lol) mine seems to be getting worse, when i go for my lunch i walk about 5 mins up the road to the shop, today i was limping and struggling and took me much longer than usual, then when i was in the queue at the shop i thought my legs were going to collapse on me!!! walking back down from the shop i didnt think i was going to make it, my calfs were in agony and soooo stiff!!!!

does anyone else get this???

I don't get stiffness but I get cramp sometimes which makes me leap about 10ft in the air!
Could it be cramp that you get? Its perfectly normal anyway, just a bit painful sometimes so I can sympathise

Yes i get it as part of my SPD, which is why i am now on crutches
