I am normally a bright, intelligent capable person, who never forgets a thing .... but not these last week or so................

I can't remember what I am meant to be doing, I forget to tell people things and I struggle trying to find the right words to put a sentance together.........

has the baby stolen my brain ?????

will this carry on for the whole 9 months... if so, think I might as well give up work on MOnday :D :D

Yes I feel like that. Made dh breakfast yesterday and he couldn't eat it for salt. Must have added it at least three times

yep exactly the same, especially when more tired as well, walked up and down the aisles of tesco yesterday wandering what i went in there for, and had a list in my hand!! :rotfl:

As I already posted, I live on a motorway junction of 2 motorways and ended up on the wrong one and had to drive 7 miles to the next junction to turn round then when I finally got to where I was going I couldnt remember if I'd locked the car so had to go back to check

I think the next thing we have got to look forward to is the "Dropsies" and we will break lots of things!

Apparantley it gets worst when you are breastfeeding

not sure it would be worth leaving the house if it got any worse... the girls at work thought I might actually have problems remembering where I left the baby if things get any worse

I can highly recommend the combination of breastfeeding with going through the first trimester for complete and utter brain loss. I'm a complete imbecile at the moment.

oh god, i thought it was just me, i think we should all get locked in a room for the duration for friends/family/partners sanity ;) haha

I am terrible with things now........I can't talk, think straight and trying to explain something, well that is so embarassing  I forget the simplest of things!

I also forget where I put things, but if it is a kitchen item I have lost (anything from scales to saucepans and egg timers) you can guarantee they are in the fridge!

My brain went in the first tri of my first pg and never came back.
