Hiya, I read my 13month old son everynight when he goes to sleep! He loves his books! Can any1 recommend any books? xxx

Owen loves books too. we get loads of brilliant board books from our library sales, they sell off the 'ever so sligtly tatty' ones which are ten books for two quid, its amazing!!

My son loved Oh Dear! by Rod Campbell and some of his other books like Dear Zoo, we also read lots of that's not my tractor/monster/snowman etc. Spot the dog books, he loved things he could touch or lift a flap (in fact he still does!)

my little girl is the same age & also loves books, her favourites atm are the grufolo, the very hungry caterpillar & there was an old who swallowed a fly x

We have: peepo, goodnight moon and guess how much I love you for Seb's bedtime stories. Then we have, dear zoo, the gruffalo, the gruffalo's child, what the ladybird heard, a squash and a squeeze, the smartest giant in town and several animal books which are his favourites. We also have more but those are his favourite books.

My lo loves his handy manny book. Don't know what it's called but you get a mini flicker (torch) and you read it in the dark and it has cut outs to shine the torch through making shapes on the wall to go with the story! Only about £4 from amazon!

C loves those books, his favourite is that's not my baby, he loves getting to the mirror at the end and then giving himself big kiss!

He also really likes his in the night garden books, timmy time books, flip flap and peek-a-boo books, although he rarely sits still for more than a few minutes at a time so we either have to speed read or look at them in chunks lol. Or just skip to the end
