Am supposed to go skiing next week..... needless to say I have decided to give it a miss ( am a crap skier and everyone else in the group will twig when i lay off the booze) i think it's probably a bit too high risk.

I am in the process of trying to claim my money back through the travel insurance people but they want my Dr to advise me not to go. Now I didn't see my usual Dr when i 1st found out. The 1 i saw was quite blaise about the whole thing saying I could do what i wanted.

My doctor knows how long we've been trying so I'm hoping he'll be sympathetic.

OR will he have to say that it was my choice to cancel and leave me with a hefty monetary loss.

I'm not sure if I'm in the right bit here but I seem to live in 1st Tri at the mo

Any ideas :?

hello! I'm an intruder from 3rd tri,
you're doc shouldn't have a problem with signing something/writing it as it's obvious that skiing is not a suitable holiday for a pregnant lady!

Good luck xx

Hi
Thanks for advice, I'd have thought so too but then I'm new to the practice so I don't really know him that well.

:)

I'm sure he will :) (and im sure the doc that siad it was fine to do anything certainly wouldnt put that in writting! :) )..............he may charge you though?
