I've never been much of a collector because I never stick to it.

But since my MMC I have been collecting Me to you Figurines. Some are around £20 so will be getting them every 2 monthly or if I get a bonus every now & again.

SO far I have two of the figures:

Twinkle toes (Bear in ballerina shoe) - Which to be represents a pos baby girl of my MMC

Time for take off (Bear dressed as pilot playing with a toy airplane) Which to me represents a pos boy of my MMC

It was my hubby's idea of the above which I think is beautiful as they now have so much meaning. To which I have decided to extend the collection.

We also have a soft toy version, a baby bear holding a little blanket saying a hug from me to you.

This was originally bought for the baby we lost.

Debts lol..

Erm no I dont tbh, I do have a fair few.pairs of ballet.shoes but how many is a collection?

Ooh actually, american sweet/confectionary wrappers lol. God Im sad... Xx

Knives are my hobby. I love to read anything about them.
So I am a member of several knife forums and already have got a little collection going.
I've got about 20 knives - mostly custom made. But I've put them on hold for now.
Got to save some cash for the family. :) So now I`m mostly reading.

Knives? Like pen knives?

Knives is a unusual one I must say.

Yes I've looking at the me to you bears at job lot on eBay, but I decided each one would have meaning & I'd pick it each time. Even though I have spotted loads already. Hubby will have to get some shelves up soon

I just collect crap  I hate throwing things away "cos it might come in useful one day" I think it's genetic, I use to laugh at my grandpa doing it, but put it down to war mentality, then my dad started up and I ripped the piss out of him, but I'm getting just as bad  not to the extent you see on those tv shows, but anything that could have a use I'll keep!

I'm getting better tho, I've been ebaying loads and Habing big clear outs of cupboards etc! There's still just piles of crap in our room/spare room tho

I collect tarot decks, with some playing cards and other similar things thrown in for variety. Got well over a hundred, but will be trying to sell some to try and make some room. Also have loads of books, which I'm also trying to cut down on to give us enough room for the baby - its one of the reasons I got a kindle, saves so much space!

I've got a bit of a collection of hard back books that remind me of my childhood. My mum gave away most of my books when I was too old for them, so I've been buying them in charity shops and on Amazon.

I've been doing this lately after I spotted a copy of old bear in a shop brought back so many childhood memories that I had to buy it.

I don't know if my children will read them or not, I just had to have them lol. I used to have a cassette and book of the Alfie stories, even now I can remember the woman's voice reading the stories.

I forgot my book collection, but most are just what I want to read.

I have also got a range of perfume bottles, keep them for show all polished on bathroom shelve.

I`m collecting knives. It's one of those things that is very interesting for me. Sadly, since we a planing to have conceive soon I can`t afford to spend on knives any more. So now I`m only reading and admiring the beauty.

I collect vinyls and coins. Mostly classic rock vinyls and old coins as well as the special edition 50p's and things.

Are you a chef by any chance? My oh has a ridiculous amount of knives and claims its a hazard of the job lol. He also has throwing knives x

Hahaha my OH bought throwing knives...drunken ebay bid which he had forgotten about and now he disgustingly uses them to scrape dry skin off his feet :wall2:
I bought him a pedegg thingy but noooooooo he still wants to use the damn knives

I`m not a chef but I love cooking. It's giving me that warm and fuzzy feeling that the knives are being used for what they are made to do. I also enjoy putting them to different tests to see how long will they stay razor sharp and what will the damage be if I try to chop wood, for example. :)
