I know the only way to know for sure is by charting (which I'm not doing). Decided this month just to go with the flow and thought I'd be able to tell I was ovulating by CM, ov pains etc. Have had a feeling that something's been going on since Monday and been more horny than usual  but am not actually convinced that I've ovd (worried its all in my head because I know where in my cycle I am). Told myself I was gonna stay away from the OPK's too this month (only had 2 left anyway) but have used them both yesterday and today with BFN's.

Was in the same position in April when I was convinced I hadn't ovd and yet got a BFP 2 weeks later, but did at least get ov pains then - nothing like that this time though.

So, am just wondering does anyone else get absolutely no symptoms whatsoever but still ovulate?

Hi Emma,

I have really irregular cycles so not sure if I even have OV this month but if I have I've had none of the usual OV pains I get... I did have EWCM last week so think it's possible I did but definitely no cramps... Maybe it varies cycle by cycle...

Before my m/c I had never had any ov pains (that's many, many, many, many years of having periods) but I got my BFP, I used OPK's as I had no idea and no signs of OV and I only got EWCM if I used magic medicine.

Since m/c I've had strong ov pains each month, lasting more than a week most months and I'm in terrible pain some days but no BFP :?

So yes in my experience you can have no signs and still OV

Thanks ladies, just have to keep my fingers crossed and guess I'll find out in a couple of weeks   . Don't even mind if AF turns up :fib: :fib: , I just want my body to be back to normal!

Mrs_Metal, think you're right about the ov pains, it's only since my first m/c that I've really noticed feeling any different around ov, but not sure if that's just cos I'm more aware of what's going on inside IYKWIM.

Best of luck this month xx

I don't get any ov pains at all, I do get a bit of EWCM but not much so am gonna try the magic medicine this month and see how that goes.

Ditto!!!! :cheer: :cheer: :cheer:

I didnt have ov pains for 28 years till I decided to ttc. I think it's cos we are focusing on them therefore feeling pain and twinges imo.

i always seem to get the tugging sensation and the cramp pains most of the time i get EWCM although this cycle i just felt really wet (i did take the magic medicine) since i been charting i definitely notice a difference and much more aware of what my body is doing.
