update: called the asma nurse today and she said that it's very common and similar to thrush but not actually thrush and it comes from whatever is in the brown steroid inhaler from where the mask has been letting the inhaler stuff touch his skin.. all I have to do is make sure I wipe clean his face and his mask every time he uses the brown inhaler and it will clear up.
just thought i'd let you know in case anybody else has similar

He's got a really spotty nose, but it's getting more rather than less and I've only noticed it recently.
They sort of look like when we get spots but they don't have heads if you know what I mean? They're not raised as such.
Was just getting a bit concerned as they seem to be increasing I thought maybe he had too much chocolate or something? I don't give him loads at all but I don't hide it either.
Just wondered if you guys thought it was a diet thing or an actual illness thing? He's already had chickenpox so it ent that... and as far as I know nothing else has changed (although hes had a new inhaler..).
The pictures probably don't look like it's that bad, but he's not had it before, and there are some by the corners of his eyes and on his cheeks now too if it's something medical I wanna get it fixed sooner rather than later
