I was diagnosed with pelvic girdle pain and a couple of weeks ago I had this strange popping or cracking sensation in my pelvis when I stood up and I then spent the next week in agony x I rang the doctor and she just said to rest and then take codine. Turns out I dislocated my pelvis and have been walking around on It for about 3 weeks now! Ouch! Physio popped it back in but it was painful and I am now in agony again x

On a plus note she has wrote a letter to the consultant saying I can give birth naturally and she recommend a water birth! I am very happy with this!

Wowser I didn't even know that could happen!! Glad you can still get a water birth - take it easy!! x

Oh my word??!!!!! This sounds dreadful - it's making my eyes water!!!! I hope you feel better quickly! Xxxx

Oh you poor thing! I did this (not during or caused by pregnancy) and went to see an osteopath, chiropractor and physio which got me back on track, keep it up even after you think all is well as it will help strengthen! I really feel for you beig pregnant going through this. Hot and cold press and arnica cream/pills might also help xx

I didn't realise you could dislocate your pelvis! When it happened I thought I broke it as the crack was really loud! Apparently one half of my pelvis was higher than the rest! Ouch!

Plenty of rest from now on x
