Disapointing MW Visit

Had my MW appointment earlier and was hoping it be good news of how we are progressing after being 2 cm last Thursday, but was gutted to find out still only 2 cm and my cervix has gone back higher she could hardly reach it to do my sweep, was pretty gutted and tearful

She is ringing me on monday morning to check i'm not in labour and if i'm not she is going to book my induction for October 10th so i suppose at least it wont be too long.

Ahhhh, can understand how disappointed you must be feeling but trust me, things can change very, very quickly. I hope they do for you.

sorry to hear things aren't progressing as quickly as you'd like! I hope things begin to speed up so that you can hold your LO as soon as possible.

sorry to hear it didnt go as planned today but like the others have said things can change quickly so dont be too disheartened by it. Could you have another appointment with her inbetween now & the 10th for another check rather than just a phone call? I booked myself in with our local midwives instead of just heading in for my induction (which was booked for tomorrow) & i had a great appointment after expecting the worse & now we've postponed induction until saturday & im a lot happier for it).
