LOL random thread I know, But i'm sick of eating the same old meals all the time although i have a lovely bit of Haddock under the grill now LMFAO
Could people suggest me easy to rustle up but healthyish meals hehe

The one on the sainsburys ad at the moment looks good - a tin of chopped tomatoes, mix some spinach into it and use it as pasta sauce straight onto the ribbony type pasta.

mmm

Also tuna pasta bake sort of thing - not sure if its an actual recipe for anything but I cooked some pasta, put it in a quite deep round bowl and then mixed passata/tomatoey pasta sauce stuff with tuna and heated it up and put it on top, then covered it with cheese and just grilled it til the cheese melted :)

mmm

I'm a big fan of stir fries, I keep cooked rice in the fridge and then when I am making dinner I throw it in a wok with some chicken/prawns, veg, garlic, chilli and soy sauce and voila ready in less than 5 mins :)

I also like salmon/chicken and roasted veg. I can just put it all in the oven and not have to watch over it. I bake the salmon in tin foil so it stays nice and moist.

Today i made pan fried salmon with mustard and honey on it, with pasta and ratouille(sp?)

yesterday I had lamb casserole with onions, peppers & apple.
