From what you have written sounds like you have a bit of everything. Long as your getting a balanced diet most of the time the odd mcDonalds won't hurt. Think the most important thing in tri 1 is to eat something whatever it is, you can make up for the rubbish when you feel better in tri 2!
McDonalds seems to be a universal early fancy! I would have literally killed for a Maccy D's burger when I was 6-8 weeks preggo! I say go with what your body wants in the early stages because you feel so rough, it's nice if you fancy anything at all
i'm trying eat baleance diet too !!! but honestly although dont feel sick ive gone off things so am just trying to eat something at every meal getting fruit and veg in so not too worried. just listen to your body hun that will tell u what u need xxxx
