Defrosting breastmilk

Just after some advice on when I need to take out EBM from the freezer if I want to use it tomorrow afternoon? Thanks

I'd defrost it overnight, you have 24 hours then xx

If your using it at home, depending on what it's frozen in, you can take it out, run under hot water and it'll defrosted instantly and be warm. This generally only works if you use bags and freeze flat so bag is thin. X

The recommended way to defrost breast milk is over night in the fridge, however if you need it quickly it can be put in hot water. But you need to use it within 24 hrs.
