how long to thaw frozen milk

hi ladies, my mum is looking after Josh tomorrow for us while we're going out and i need to defrost some breastmilk for her, i've never defrosted any so was wondering when i need to take it out of the freezer and put it in the fridge?
would overnight be enough time?

I have defrosted about 80ml in the fridge overnight. It was all defrosted by the next morning

On my guidelines it says milk lasts 24 hours when put into the fridge to defrost so as mildly says take it out the night before and it'll be ok to use up to the following night. Though i think my fridge is extra cold as mine stayed frozen overnight when i left it in the fridge to defrost!xx

We stick the container under the hot tap to warm it. So if you forget and it hasn't defrosted that's all you have to do.
