Morning
Im 9 weeks tomorrow, but I've not been having the best time so far.
This is our 2nd baby and i thought it would be the same as before, but i was sooooo wrong!
I've been feeling incredibly nauseous from about 6 weeks. I saw my gp 7.5 weeks and she gave me cyclizine, which was a huge help at the start.
The problem is I'm finding I still get at least twice a week when I'm having a real issue with upset stomach. I feel like anything i eat is going right through me! And I'm barely able to eat anything as it is.

I'm worried that the tablets are the cause, but i can't find any info online. If anything they should cause constipation!

Or maybe it's my now awful diet. I can pretty much only stomach white bread and other refined carbs :/

Really feeling very low at the moment :(

I’ve been on most anti sickness meds I’m on metrocoprimide at the moment. When I was pregnant with my son I had a constant bad tummy all the way through and they said it was hormone related but who knows. Anti sickness never really clog me up just Make me tired and dizzy. I can safely say I’m so done I’m never having another baby after this! Xx

Cyclisons shouldn’t cause diarrhées lovely :)
It’s probably just your bowels being all over the place because of the hormones.
I have been prescribed metoclopramide which just hurt my stomach. Stopped it and have been prescribed cyclizine since Friday.
I took 3 tablets in total but it made me feel so dizzy and completely spaced out!
Do they make you feel dizzy too?

I think it's just the pregnancy hormones x

I've had cyclizine injections and tablets and feel really spacey. Not had any diarrhoea though x

Thanks for the info ladies.
I'm mostly off the cyclizine now as nausea is much better.
Unfortunately the upset stomachs are getting worse. Off work today cos i just feel so shaky and drained after a really bad tummy yesterday
