crunchy nut cornflakes

i did something daft today, i sat and ate a bowl of crunchy nut cornflakes for breakfast and it wasnt til afterwards that i realised that they r fulll of peanuts, i know your not supossed to eat peanuts while you r pregnant so with my other pregnancys i never touched them, so im worrying now, im not too sure why i shouldnt eat peanuts or what they could do to my baby, i feel daft cause after four pregnancys you would think id know about this xxxxxx

ur only supposed to aviod nuts of u (obviously) or OH is allergic to them... go and enjoy the rest of the packet hun

I avoided peanuts all my last pregnancy as my daughter had a peanut allergy so obviously my risks were higher, my youngest still ended up with a peanut allergy

I'd say if your risks are low, then enjoy
