Cramps

I’m 8 months pregnant and just started getting very hurtful calf cramps at night while I’m sleeping in both legs. Anyone ever experience this and what to do to relieve the pain ?

I had this in my last pregnancy. Regular stretching and lots of water can help too. I hope it doesnt last long, it's not nice. X

@Summerwine thank you I had a large glass of milk before bed and had OH rub my legs it really helped! Hoping it doesn’t last long
