Does anyone else keep getting killer cramp?? All I have to do is bend my toes and I'm rolling around like a right wally!! Another thing to add to the list of pregnancy wonders!!

Yep another pregnancy delight! I get it in the middle of the night and have to jump up like a loon to sort it out.
Potassium is supposed to help so get munching bananas and do some calf stretches too.
Hope you don't have them for too long :)

Unfortunately yes, I have expirienced the pain you are talking about! I look rediculous whilst hopping around and my poor husband does not quite know what to do with himself!! The worst is when it springs up on you whilst sleeping.... Thankfully I have not had one in a few weeks, hope you are not sufering too much.

Calf stretches and massage helps so hopefully you have a willing masseuse xx

oooo yes!!! Its a nightmare, I stretch my leg one way to get rid of it in my calf only to get it in my shin its sooooo painful then goes into my toes. This hot weather isnt helping either. Adding a little extra salt to my food and massaging my legs before bed helps and keeping well hydrated, doesnt always work but it helps.
xx

I get this too when I'm in bed! Wakes me up it's so painful :( even more so in the hot weather! Good job our little 'uns are worth it :) xxx

Yep me too - I've bought some bananas to try and help.

BTW Lanesje tapatalk links to your address in your signature.

Ooh yes, I wake up and have to jump out of bed at least twice a night. Its flipping agony! x

Using tapatalk so excuse the typos!

I have had it loads recently mostly in my calf muscles when I stretch out in my sleep but I have also had it twice in the back of my thigh- that hurts like a biatch!!!

The joys of pregnancy!! :)

Yep I've had it too!! My toes nearly end up crossing over each other!! Joys of pregnancy! Xx

Yep I get it in the back of my right calf when I'm in bed. Luckily when I jump out of bed it tends to ease very quickly - so I'm able to limp to the loo while I'm up and then settle back down!!!
