Just to update my situation on here. I was 14 weeks pregnant with identical twins in June and unfortunately miscarried. I am back into the baby making mood and have been quite busy! Just wondered if any of you would know but I'm not due on my period for another week and few days but I've had cramps in my stomach and today I've had a nauseous feeling/indegestion all day. Sorry if this sounds silly as I didn't have anything till 8 weeks pregnant last time! Thanks

If af is not due for another week and a bit i think it may be too soon to feel pregnancy symptoms but i dont want to give you false hope but the abdo cramps may be implantation, i have felt this with most of my pregnancies.
