So apologies if this is long, I was on/off the contraception pill last year but stopped beavuse of stomach ache and the doctor told me to have a break, I then had unprotected sex on 2 occasions 23rd & 26th December, the second time he did ejaculate inside me and I took the morning after pill 2 days later. I then had a bleed 9th January for about 3 days but it was very light no clots, I waited 3 weeks after intercourse and tested it was negative followed by 2 more negative tests, after this I was experiencing some pregnancy symptoms so I went and had an ultrasound scan on the 18th January she couldn't detect any pregnancy but did see some cysts she ordered blood tests which I had done on 23rd January showing my ugh level as 0.01 which she said was negative, the symptoms continued, I had sex in between this time but with a condom no breakages accidents or anything, I had to go back the 3rd February for another scan to check the cysts she confirmed again she saw no pregnancy, no sac, nothing, she also said she could see that I had ovulated and that I would be due on shortly, I started bleeding on the 6th February late evening and had around 3 days bleeding, 2 medium flow some clogs, 1 lighter third day, then some spotting on the 4th day, im now according to my app in my fertile period again but still experiencing pregnancy symptoms, cramps, twitches down below, no sickness, some fatigue but I have got a cold, I'm worried I may be having a undetected pregnancy so looking for some advice, thank you

Sounds like the pain you are experiencing at the moment during your fertile window is probably ovulation pain. It's is extremely unlikely you are pregnant, given you have had an ultrasound, blood tests etc. The worry is probably responsible for some of the symptoms. Coming off the pill might also effect how you feel. I would try and relax as it does not sound like you are pregnant. X

I agree with melly having taken home tests had blood work done and 2 ultrasounds and all showing negative I would not have thought you were pregnant also I'm not sure you would still be ovulating if you were already pregnant but I'm not 100% sure on this. The pill makes your body experience very strange things especially when you come off it as your bodies own hormones try and regulate again and a lot of the symptoms also fit in with early pregnancy
