im off to the first one today! lo seems to be slowly getting back on track with his eating but i deffo think it will be bemeficial for me to go and speak to other parents and hopefully learn a few things! i will report back later on how it went! im actually quite excited about it!

Good luck hun, share any good tips! We are still struggling!x

it went really well tbh! it was the first sessions and there was only us and two italian mums with their kids which was great for me!!! i talked to the nutritionist and she took all marleys details and we talked about his eating habits.
the kids played for a while and then the fun began! we played with bananas, apples, kiwis, grapes, melon and strawberries, the kids got to touch them, smell them and then they had their own little chopping board and knife and we made a fruit salad. M actually ate some melon, and kiwi which he has recently been rejecting. he didnt eat the apple but kept it in his hand the whole time. afterwards the kids got praised, and then we sand a song and read the very hungry catterpillar!!! next week we will be making savoury muffins.

i got some really good tips too... i told her how M will happily eat steamed toddler meals, and she told me that this is fine to an extent as nutritionally the contain everything he needs, however, if i give him say a spag bol, mix in some of my own sauce, iykwim, same goes for fish pie, add some of my own fish, and gradually add less of the ready meal. also, he wont eat apples, so she suggested makiing a puree and putting it in his yoghurt... dont know why i didnt think of that before tbh!! i will update each week with any other advice she gives me! shes really young aswell but shes so lovely! the course lasts until Feb, and she will be there each week!!!

glad it went well hon, that sounds like a lot of fun :)

Wish they had something like this here as Tegan has become extremely fussy! x
