Started at 4:30 am after loosing plug on sat morn and having few twinges all weekend. At the min they are lasting 30 secs every 5mins. Oh gone to make tea and porridge x ahhhhhhhh

Well there getting more painful! Still about 4-5 mins apart, had a bath, now sitting on my ball, had some food, having to breath through then quite alot!! This must be it!!

Jacob Riley Stewart born at 22:40 on 16/04/12 weighing 7lb3 no pain relief till 8cm then gas and air! Really proud of myself, was checked at 7pm at home and was 4cm! Really good labor story, will post details soon! So chuffed with my gorgous boy, he is amazing! Xx
