contractions or braxton hicks ???

Well what the title says really,
I took owen to playgroup this morning and i had to walk there and back but once i got home around 11.45 i started having BH but now there getting quite intense comin irregular still but lasting 1min at a time.

Do you think i should ring my midwife to ask advice or just wait it out ? i don't remember them being like this when i was having owen.

I'd go straight through to the labour ward! I wouldn't bother with calling your MW. They'll most likely want you in to check the contractions and baby's heartbeat. This happened to me a couple of weeks ago and luckily it wasn't anything sinister (mine weren't uncomfortable as such, it's just that they were lasting around 1 minute and coming regularly).

yeah i thought to just ring labour ward to see what they think.

Im going to give them 30 mins if there still coming i will ring then at least ive left it long enough then.

I feel stupid asking with already having 1 child but its amazing how much you forget !

Don't feel stupid hun!! Each pregnancy/labour is different anyway so whether you've had 3 babies or none this one will probably be different still!

well they got closer together last night every 15 mins then at 2am this morning just stopped!

Not had anything today and she is being quiet as well so im just hoping it was cause i walked extra yesterday or something.
