keira is 6 months and is suffering with her number 2s! any ideas to help her

have you tried the prune trick that i told you about yet hun? hope it worked!
also when you see she is straining, "help" her by taking her nappy off (you may in fact want to take all her clothes off, it can get messy - talking from experience!) then put her on an old towel, or even use a bit of plastic sheeting etc to put under her bottom and catch any poop
then grab her legs by the ankles, push her knees gently towards her tummy and move the knees round in a slow clockwise motion.
