Confused....again

Hi, if 4 weeks ago after miscarriage my hcg levels were 123, then a week later a hpt was neg... now im getting positive hpt... could this be from mc or maybe im prego again,,, i had a mc in june and within 2 weeks i was prego again so i know i could be prego again but with the horrible midwves... the ones that think your a pain in the ar$e for worrying.. i dont want to be goin to them yet.
If any1 can help?

Thanks, fingers, toes, arms, legs, tongue... erm well got everything crossed haha. I think i will take annother test and leave the midwives/doctors for a couple of weeks...as long as everything keeps ok.
