Confused about milk

Hi, Jack will be a year old tomorrow (Sunday). What happens with his milk? does he stay on his formula? do I change it? If so to which one? should he have growing up milk instead or as extra? should he be drinking cows milk aswell / instead?

So many questions!!! I would ask my health visitor but baby clinic is not untill next Thursday - can anyone help!!!!!

what i did was from 11 1/2 months i slowly reduced the amount of formula and mixed it with cows milk until there was less and less formula.

That way if they are going to have an intolerance you are not giving as much

by 12 1/2 months ella was only on cows milk

Aimees not one till next week but i was a bit naughty and put her on cows milk a bit early. She has been having it in her food for months so i knew she was fine with it . So from 11 months i swapped one of her bottles for cows milk and she loved it. Its all she has now! She has 6oz in the morning and 6oz before bed so thats more than she was drinking anyway.

With Ryan I went straight to full fat cows milk and he was fine. I changed to semi-skimmed as I drink when he was two as he drank too much of it and didn't eat enough.
