Conception signs??

Hi girls - ttc and for my BFP this month. Im only 2dpo but was curious about how long it can take for PG symptoms kick in. When can implantation bleeding happen and should i wait till 1 day after AF is due to test?!

Oh while im here - had ewcm (like lotion) last week. BD on friday morning 14th. Checked cm saturday morning and cm was ew and stretchy, could this have been OH semen or ov? Sunday morning cm was still ew and stretchy. Today though has returned to ew lotion. Pretty sure i ov'd.

Such a symptom spotter though! been having headaches and feeling really hot. know its too early to tell!!!

some women get symptoms right from conception but it's more likely that most women don't get any symptoms whatsoever

I'd had every symptom in the book in all my 2ww's while we were TTC and the month I get my BFP I didn't have a single symptom during the 2ww and everything kicked in from week 5.

I tested 4 days before my AF was due....mainly because I was bored and had nothing to do... I really didn't expect a BFP. Some tests will show BFP's up to 4 days before your AF is due but bog standard tests are easier to read on the day or 1 day after your AF as the HCG hormone that they pick up get stronger each day. When I did my first test there was no doubting it was + but now when I test the line comes up straight away and is much much darker than the control line because the HCG is much stronger. Some womes don't get a + test until a week or more after their AF's were due.

I would say if you do test before your AF is due don't be too dissapointed as it could just be that the test isn't sensitive enough. if you want to be certain wait until after your AF is due.

As for your CM, it's EW and stretchy then you should BD because it's probably fertile. If it's clear or creamy. If you BD the night before try to wait until later in the day before you test you CM as seamen could get mixed up with it. But as a general rule if it's EW and jelly like it's fertile.

I can't help I'm afraid because I didn't know I was pregnant straight away because I was TTC and therefore didn't check up on it all or notice any symptoms...
