Conal was weighed again last Friday at 10lb8 i can't believe he has put on almost a pound in a week.
Said to the midwife i was a bit worried that missing his bottle at night as he's sleeping through he might of slowed down so i am giving him a rusk before bed, she went mad and strted telling me all this rubbish about itaffecting him so i just ignored her
and went home.
Then when i got home i read my little book and she put init that she had explained the dangers of early weaning! i was absolutely fuming she mad it sound like i was putting him in danger so i called them absolutely livid and starting ranting at poor Mandy ( didn't even do it and she is absolutely lovely) after everything we had been through when he was in danger of having brain trauma heart problems and breathing problems she said he was in danger from having a rusk before bed! she said are you upset? and i burst intro tears
Don't you hate it when that happens!
anyway about Conal he is sleeping through from about 13 weeks and he is having about 4.5oz each feed every 3 hours rusk and half a bottle at 7.30 and sleeps till 7am although this morning 9.30am, he is smiling like a trooper and even gurgle(don't you love it when they gurgle).
He was christend on Sunday and was absolutley brilliantly behaved even though i put him in our old christening gown didn't apprieciate seeing my man in a dress although loved the tradition of it my brother and sister wore it and so did Willow.
All together i seem to have two lovley children although maybe no more cos the next one is bound to be a nightmare 2 out of 2 is good don't lke my chances for the third.
