Complaint - Anyone help me?

Im writing a complaint about the NHS, its a pretty long one. Just wondered if anyone is good at complaints and could possibly read through and help me improve it a little? Thanks

i have had a similar experience.... also, quite good at writing fluent pieces, I did a 20,000 word piece for my degree.
