Ok, I had to copy Dionne's thread and ask -

How do you guys refer to your period when in mixed company? OH thinks it's hilarious that all these "code words" are used. The women of my family have always used mysterious allusions to red coats and flowers...but here are a few of our colourful (ew) ways of saying it!

My friend is whati always call it.
Lol it was funny wheni first got with Bernie i told him my friend was coming and allweek he was waiting for my friend to come once he realized what my friend was he was so embarrassed and had the funniest look on his face.

Also rag, flowers my family calls it.

My sister calls it 'on the blob'

I tend to just say that 'im on' my OH says its 'no entry week' lol

I've always said "on the blob" but thought i was the only one as never heard it said by anyone else before, how wrong was i!!

My mum says "seeing TOM" (Time of month) i think my dad thought she was having an affair for years!!
