My Midwife advised me to get some of this to help DS with colic. Iv just bought it and after reading the instructions im still at a loss how to use it properly. I make bottles up from boiled water, add formla and cool it down. According to instructions you should add colief when the water is cooled to warm and it says you should feed in half an hour?! How is this possible. Should you then have to warm the feed back up?

Any advice would be great.

i just put it in the bottles when i make them up hun i made a days worth of bottles in one go and heat as i need them,
the colief still seems to work even when i do it like that
