Whats safe to take to treat colds coughs and sore throats? Xxx

Sadly all you can really take is paracetamol. After quite I but if research I figured it was ok to have the occasional locket. You can get vaporub etc to inhale. I put it on a cloth near my nose rather than rub it on. Feel better soon x
