Cold Tingly Feeling?

Hey everyone,
I'm almost 5 weeks and today I've had this weird like kind of cold tingling feeling below my belly button, in the middle but the same region that until today I've been having mild cramp like feelings.
Anyone else get this, is it a normal sort of thing?

I can't remember tbh, but when my SIL touched my tummy the other day, a minute or so later it felt cold, like a small wave...

Yeah, that's the kind of feeling I think, like a ripply cold tingle. I get it every now and then. Maybe just sensitive nerves in the area or something?
