cold in pregnancy

well am totally dying with the cold i have a blocked nose, my throat is inflamed and i have a high tempature. What medicine can i take for the cold?

You will be fine with paracetamol every 6 hours Honey and lemon for your throat? Or gargle with salty water

i know how u feel hun., i hadto go docs today after suffering with a cold this whole week!!! paracetamol, lots of rest and fluidsis what i would reccommend, even doc didnt give anything!!!
