Cm advice sorry if tmi

Hi ladies so I've never done the whole cervical mucus tracking before as both my kids just happened without really trying but today I've noticed I'm a bit more wet down there and although I'm not it feels as though I'm dripping. It feels slimy and downstairs is a bit slidier if you get what I mean sorry for the tmi but does this mean I'm ovulating xxx

Well, it means you are probably fertile. Best thing to do is log your Cm for a few months along with opks so you can get a sense of how many days of EWCM you get. You are supposed to ovulate on the day your fertile CM stops. The days leading up to ovulation are your most fertile. If you have slippery CM then it's a good idea to dtd. I was told sperm lasts up to 3 days in hot weather, less in colder (by a fertility specialist). It's normal to get up to 6 days of EWCM. So if you dtd on day 1 of EWCM and ovulate on day 6, you probably won't get pregnant.

If my cycles correct I'm due to ovulate on Wednesday so was thinking if I did tonight Sunday and Tuesday at least hopefully it'll happen xx

That should cover it. Do you know for sure that you will ovulate wednesday though? Is that using an app or opk? Some people say everyone ovulates 14 days before their period but it's not true.

I use opks temp charts and Cm to track fertility...its all usually matches up but gives a better picture... ive only been trying 2 cycles and 1st one I missed peak ovulation days as I was working away. ! I"m confused this cycle was 4 days late then only lasted 3 days...never happened in a year since stopped pill so no idea now what to do other tjan look for EWCM !
