Clicking pelvis?

Baby was laid a real awkward position earlier so I decided to stand and rock side to side,as I was doin this I could feel my pelvis clickin,it wasn't painful,just a bit weird. It was quite low down,right in my bum iykwim? Any1 else get this or is it just me? X

I have bad spd and get this alot when I walk around, my pelvis will click as my legs move, feels horrible.
