Clear Blue stick malfunction

I got the test stick out of the packet last night and when I went to use it this morning it had a sign that meant that the stick can't be used again. It's a brand new stick. I had an old one from last month but I'm so angry we paid twenty quid for this and it's broken.


Has this happened to anyone else? Did CB refund you or send you another one?

Hi Sunflower,

Just to clarify, did you put the test stick into the holder and leave it over night? I don't think that the holder will like that. Did you eject the test tick and tried to re-insert it back into the holder? I have been able to use new test sticks into an old holder in the past

I'm sure CB will refund a faulty product if it is faulty - consumer law protects that right

No I didnt do that. I did try several times. My husband ordered them so he's going to deal with it thankfully.

How odd! Hope you can get a quick replacement, they are so unbelievably expensive!

I know! I wasn't using them any more as I was so regular but since the mc my cycle is all over the place.
