So this year we are having Christmas dinner here  I've never cooked it before ! It's looking likely to just be oh and I and the two little ladies as the bits are waiting to have it with my parents and grandparents understandably and they may be able to . My question is , what on wash would you cook for two adults and two toddlers ? I do r really see much of a point in doing a turkey as neither if us is very find of it

You could do gammon or beef? We normally do a turkey, and a gammon xx

I'll defiantly do ham as it won't feel like Xmas without it. Was thinking a small piece of it and dress it in a honey glaze. I suppose I could do chicken but stuff it with Christmas stuffing (pork and apricot )

That would definitely work. I don't really like turkey but I guess it's just been drilled into us that we have to have it just like sprouts lol xxx

Ill be cooking Xmas dinner this year as its OH turn family wise, which means it will just be his mum over and us 4, i will be having turkey as it wouldnt feel like xmas dinner without it! :) but thats because i like turkey.

the chicken with xmas stuffing is a good idea!

I think ill do beef this year too, just to be different lol.. I'm really looking forward to Christmas x

I'm dead excited :) we can start our own family traditions

We're cooking Christmas dinner for the first time this year! There'll be the 3 of us, plus 10 of my OH's family (he has a big family!). I can't wait!!
We'll be having turkey and gammon, but I think if you don't want to do a turkey then chicken is definitely a good substitute :) x
