Anyone got a YUMMY one and a chocolate filling?

Really fancy making one on the weekend *drool*

My mum does a killer chocolate cake! I'll ask her for the recipe!

I did chocolate cupcakes for AJ's birthday.

I did the weigh the eggs method then flour, castor sugar, butter all weigh the same. A tea-spoon of baking powder.

Think it worked out around 6oz of everything but I replaced 1oz of s-r flour with cocoa powder.

Just cheat and use the betty crocker choccy fudge frosting, slap that in the middle of 2 choccy sponges and add some fresh cream ... yum, yum piggys bum!!
