Chocolate concrete mmmmmm!

This was the recipe I used! VERY simple to make :D

Chocolate Concrete

10 oz s.r.flour
8 oz sugar
8 oz margarine
1 oz cocoa
1 egg

Melt the marg in a pan and simply mix in everything else.
Press into greased/lined tin. Brush with water and sprinkle on sugar!

Bake at 150 fan oven/ 275 electric or equivalent for about 30 mins or until firm.

P.S I cut mine into pieces (when warm as it is easier) and put them in freezer. I just take a couple out when I want them!

Yum yum, a constant supply :shhh:

lol I remember moaning about school dinners saying they were horrible when i was at school, but now your all talking about the deserts they really wernt that bad at all and if anything I miss theirdeserts! school dinners were great really :cheer:

ooh the nicest thing we used to have was chicken pie and you just cant get it anywhere like it was in school :(
best day though was friday we used to get strawberry milkshake instead of water and a sugar doughnut used to try eating it without licking our lips lol GOOD OLD DAYS :D xxxxxx

I was crazy for that chicken pie too rach! It was usually all gone if I was at the back of the dinner queue though. :(

Anyway, I'm veggie now lol!

The chicken pie was always made with tinned soup.I use a tin of Campbells, mushrooms and chicken (better from leftover roast chicken!)and make it on a plate, with either shortcrust or if only wnating lid then puff. I am so boring love cooking and that is it.

My aunt was a dinner lady by the way so thats how i have all the recipes.
