I think I've found who is going to look after Isla! She is flexible, friendly and can take her when I return to work. She's happy for us to visit and she will come to us and take her for a few trial runs for free :)

My job is looking through OFSTED inspections and looking at trends so I knew this childminder would be good.

Very pleased. Also she won't let me pay a retaining fee until I go back :) phew!

im happy for you! I need to find something for Noa for one morning a week starting august or so. Im not happy about it but i know i will have to let go at somepoint. I dont know where to start tho and where to look...

Direct.gov has a childcare search thing. It gives all the information for Childminders and other childcare along with OFSTED scores. I work for my local council so I have "inside" information. :)

Also all councils have a families information service (FIS) so give them a call. Ideally you want to meet them and get Noa used to someone else you should start looking sooner rather than later. It's one less thing to stress about.

Good luck! Xxx

Childcare.co.uk also show u whos advertisin in ur local area, u can create a profile n advertise urself as a mum who needs childcare too, :-)
