hiya
i have both of my kiddies ctf's in the bounty one. you get a booklet of them all with the voucher through the post. i get a statement every year around birthdays
once i sent off the vouchers i got a letter confirming it within 3 weeks wasnt particularly counting the days so cant say exactly for sure but it was quite quick.
although i had 2 make passwords and memorable place names etc for security and i cant remember since i made them 3 and a half years ago so cant do or change anything over the phone.
