Child Benefit - how long to receive birth certificate back

Hi

I applied for child benefit for my LO 2 weeks ago.
I was just wondering if anyone had applied recently and how long it took them to receive their birth certificate back?

Takes about a month hun. From the day you sent it so wait another two weeks if not back chase it up x

The child benefit gods must have heard me - the money was in my account this morning and my birth certificate was back today! Not bad going 2 weeks from sending.
Thought I would let you know in case anyone else was wondering
