Charting Question

Hi im pretty new to all this charting stuff so i was just wondering that if i take my temp at 8am everyday but this morning i woke up at 7.30am sould i take my temp at 7.30am or 8am? i took it at both times to be sure

Hi hunny
You are meant to take your temp when you wake up in the morning before doing anything otherwise it can give you a false reading x x

Hey

I'd take at the time you wake up, as long as it's between 1-1.5 hrs of your usual time then will be fine

There's temp calculators online to help work things out as well

As the other girls said record it when you get up, shouldn't cause any problems taking it 30mins earlier than usual.
