Cervix pain help!

So I'm 31 weeks pregnant and today just haven't felt great/right really.

Had on off pains, BHs and stabby pains, now though I have some pretty bad sharp pains in my cervix and a lot of pressure down there. Literally stood up panicked and sat right back down as felt like she was going to fall out and the sharp pain hurt!!

Now is this normal, shes just getting lower(my last baby was breech till the last moment so unsure how to feel with head down baby this early) or should I worry?

I had this for weeks b4 Oliver was born, pain used to take my breath away sometimes, also had a lot of pressure but if u are really worried give your midwife a call, it was pretty normal for me though xx

I've been getting a lot of pressure in my bits, especially when I am walking, and I've thought that she was going to fall out too! I've assumed it's her position.

Woken feeling better thank god, still not 100% but no more stabby pains!!
