CD11 and CM

I thought i had this CM marlarky sussed but feeling confused today and hoping you lovely ladies can help! I have noticed lots of cm today....its not clear or egg white looking but it is stretchy....its more white/slight yellowish. Opks are not positive yet. I dont get much ewcm anyway each cycle but when i do get what i think is ewcm, its not much and is usually not as stretchy as it says it should be!

When i googled it sounds like my cm is what happens after ovulation....creamy white? I know i havent ovulated yet as have been opk-ing and doing cb fertility monitor. I havent had the usual O cramps either yet. I got high from cd10 last month but still low on cbfm and negative on opk and i will be cd12 tomorrow.

Does anyone else get this? Just wondering if its still possible to get pregnant with little ewcm? Thanks girls

I get the white stretchy before I get the clear stretchy. I think it's still fertile. After ovulation CM is not stretchy as far as I know. Yes you can get pregnant with little EWCM. Also unless you check round the cervix itself it's hard to know how mch you have. I use Conceive Plus at the moment.

Thanks sunflower...sounds like i might be entering fertile period despite opk's not being positive yet or cbfn being high. I find all this so confusing! Will be on CM watch over next couple of days haha!

It should go to clear and stretchy, which is the good stuff. You wanna dtd before the opk goes pos too as it's before ovulation that you are most fertile. It IS confusing!

I had this a couple of months in a row melly and when I googled it, I found lots of research saying it was the beginning of your fertile period and not to rule it out as non fertile or already ovulated!

For ages I havs been getting ewcm before my opk tested positive so We cover it from that point and the 2 days after 1st positive opk but nothing has happened. I would go by your bodys signs before opk. Ive read some ppl ovulate before the strips pick it up ...but who knows. I think I ovulate rigjt at the time I get a positive opk or just before.

You can actually have up to 6 days of EWCM before you ovulate. I know I keep going on about this but I love the CB 4 day advanced as it shows the estrogen spike before the LH spike, which tends to coincide with the EWCM. It's nice to have some notice of impending ovulation, but the EWCM shows the estrogen is peaking anyway so you can use that.

I think i ovulate same day so worried now i might be out as got positive opk at 1pm today. Will still dtd tonight and keep fingers crossed....cb fertility monitor only picked up high this morning and not a peak yet! At least it cant harm dtd tonight but feel im a bit late!
